The oceanfront view from our spacious balcony was breathtaking, and the warm, friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals easily in our room.

More shaded areas by the pools would be appreciated.

We loved the beach access and enjoyed the laundry facilities. Our newly remodeled room was perfect for us!

The indoor pool and outdoor spaces were highlights during the stay. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing for convenient meal prep. Unfortunately, a slip incident marred the experience, and customer service did little to address my concerns, leading to a frustrating encounter without proper attention to safety. Plus, the hot tub was crowded during a supposed off-peak time, making it unusable. Despite the issues, the hotel offered decent value for the family.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby mini-golf with our adult children, enjoying its beautiful waterfalls and even an alligator exhibit. The spacious room, indoor heated pool, and the attentive staff truly enhanced our stay at the resort.

My wife says that it would be great to have more kid-friendly dining options on-site.

The room was clean but felt older than I expected, needing some updates. Overall, a mix of solid service but some key areas need attention.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor and indoor pools, and 24-hour reception, I have everything I need. The staff is always helpful, guiding me on routes. I’m coming back for Easter!
